She has collaborated with NHS therapists, head nurses and medical professionals, supporting emotional wellbeing and burnout recovery for frontline healthcare teams.
Her therapeutic sound work has reached groups of all sizes from small private sessions to large-scale events of over 100 people. Rooted in the science of frequency and nervous system regulation, Sunita believes that sound is a universal and accessible tool for healing and human development, helping to reduce stress, release emotional tension and restore internal balance.

Born in Malaysia and rooted in Indian heritage, Sunita’s practice is shaped by over a decade of personal growth, self-healing and space-holding for communities and women. Her work goes beyond technique, she brings a grounded, intuitive presence, using sound as a bridge between body, mind and ancestral memory to support deep rest, clarity and inner connection.
